No sound when connecting pc to tv monitor?
I connected my pc to my Samsung TV TA 550 , the display via vga and everything fine here but when I tried to connect the audio no result. I connected the headphones input of the tv to the audio output of the pc and I can see it's connected in the window of realtekHD but no sound comes out. checed the tv seperatly for sound and the pc too each works fine on it's own.Also I updated both the graphic driver and the audio driver just in case.Any help will be appreciated.

ok my computer has a hdmi cable when i hooked it up everything looks normal until i noticed that the screen was to long so the toolbar on the bottom of the screen was missing how can i fix this

How to fix my VGA connection from PC to TV.?
Hello, so i have the VGA connection problem. It used to be good. I used to connect my VGA cable from my Laptop to my TV with no problem at all, but today i restored my laptop to manufactory settings and whenever i connect the VGA from PC to TV, the TV only shows the bottom half of my laptop screen. I don't know why it does this and i was searching for a long time to find out why. I tried everything, i went to display settings and changed the resolution and it still stayed the same. I know the problem is not from the TV. Is there anything i can do to fix this? I remember the first time i plugged in the VGA it asked me about the screen settings. What should i do?Thanks very much.

I bought a VGA to HDMI cable and I hooked it up to my TV and doesnt work. Ive heard to use the DVI to HDMI cable instead, but my CPU doesnt have a DVI port. Is there any other way I can connect my CPU to my tv to use as a monitor? Thanks my cpu doesnt have an hdmi port either, so i cant go plain hdmi to hdmi..

I'v downloaded a movie on my computer, Now I try to connect my PC to the TV. I'v done it countless of times and this time once i connect it and detect the tv from my pc the screen on the tv is purple besides being normal color's. Anyway to fix the color's? Any helpful information can do. And please be detailed. I'm not much of a computer person.
HDMI setup from a PC to TV tool?
Hi all, Is there a windows based application for PC's with HDMI out to auto set the screen resolution and position to fit perfectly? I have a windows xp NM10 chipset and I want to either be able to adjust the screen borders manually or get it to auto set so I dont have to spend ages setting up my screen resolution on different TV'sIt uses intel GMA which lets me choose a resolution but doesn't offer anything to shrink the screen to fit perfectly. I have tried TV settings but it doesn't offer a reduce size option.

PC to TV NVidia Control panel guestion?
I have a problem to connect my PC to TV. I have bought necessary cables, but when I press configured independently from each other, I can see my destkop for a brief instant, and on my destkop suddenly all icons are gone. It doesn't work well with other options, and I can only see my destkop on TV a brief second, when it goes black. Do I need some kind of patch or update? Help please.Seems like resolution has nothing to do with it.Any other suggestions?Interesting is that whenever I click on something in properties or Control Center, my PC screen flashes briefly on my TV.Also when I click on ''Adjust the screen size and position'' and click on one of the arrows, while he is adjusting it, my PC is showing on TV altough not much and soon it disappears.
Trying to connect PC to TV via HDMI?
When trying to connect as stated above I plug each end in and go to the appropriate source on the tv. It says " No signal" . When I go to my video card's browser thing there is no other source monitor even after I click " Detect outputs" or whatever. I have the ATI Radeon 4600 HD video card. I have no idea what to do.
