There is no such thing as free internet TV, although some programs are live stremed on some sites, but it is difficult to find sites like this. I don't know any american sites, only local.

The channels that you mentioned are quite impossible to see them free on pc , but similar tot them there are available .Try this 2 sites may be you find something interesting. sopcast.com/ justin.tv/

I normally use tv.com .. all you do is type in the show and look fo the episode you want..
