So, I have windows 7, and there is a feature in Windows Media Center that lets you watch, record, and pause live tv on your computer. It says you need a tv tuner it like plugs into the USB port . What is that? Does it cost money? Or do you just buy the tuner and you don't have to pay the cable company anything?
