Question: Question about how web tv works?

I know someone who lives in another state and uses webtv. I am unsure how webtv works. I myself have wireless web with cable and modem. My question is, i would like to email this person an mp3 song. I believe i tried before but they were unable to receive or open it. How can I send an mp3 song to someone with webtv so that they can listen to it? |
